Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yenavi (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.yenavi.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Yenavi.

What Yenavi Is

Yenavi is a property management platform for independent landlords and homeowners in the United States.

Yenavi is a productivity tool — not a licensed real estate, legal, financial, or tax advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. Do not rely on Yenavi’s AI assistant as a substitute for professional advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Yenavi. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when creating your account

Notify us immediately at support@yenavi.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You may use Yenavi only for lawful purposes in connection with managing residential or commercial properties you own or manage. You agree not to:

• Upload documents or data you do not have the right to share
• Upload lease agreements, tenant applications, background check results, or any documents containing tenant Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or credit information — this is strictly prohibited
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content You Upload

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to Yenavi. By uploading content, you grant Yenavi a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload documents containing personal information about others (tenants, contractors) unless you have the legal right to store and process that information.

AI Features — Limitations and Disclaimers

Yenavi’s AI assistant analyzes your uploaded documents to answer your questions. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date
• AI responses are not legal, financial, or tax advice
• You should verify important information with the original source documents
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses

Pricing and Payment

Yenavi is currently free during its beta period. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update these Terms and notify you before any charges apply.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Account → Data & Privacy. All your data will be permanently deleted immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YENAVI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO YENAVI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the application at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
